01 / Brand Identity Package

Brand Identity Process

After filling out the client application on our website, we will schedule a 30-minute discovery call. Together we will go over what you have filled out in the website form and discuss first steps into setting the visual direction and the strategy of your brand. If we are a good fit, we will send you a contract to review and sign, as well as the project deposit invoice to secure your slot in our calendar.

After the discovery phase is approved, we start working on your brand identity. We create 2 different logo concepts and present it to you via an in-depth concept presentation that includes: primary logo, secondary logo, brandmarks (logomark or monogram), color palette, typography selection and other unique branding elements.

During this phase we will work on refining one of the 2 logo concepts we presented to you during the previous stage. At minuut we know that nothing is done perfect during the first try, so that’s why we offer 2 rounds of minor amendments in order to create the perfect brand identity that fully communicates the essence of your business.

During this time, we will hand you over all of the different file types you will need as well as create a comprehensive brand manual which includes guidelines in order to ensure a cohesive implementation of your newly created brand indentity.

Webdesign Process

After filling out the client application on our website, we will schedule a 30-minute discovery call. After the discovery phase is approved, we start working on your website. We begin by building out comprehensive wireframes for each of the pages that we'll be designing for your website. During this phase you will be able to make 3 revisions per page so that we are totally solid and aligned when it comes to the next step of our process, which is designing the live website.

After all the wireframes have been approved, we start working on your live website. We mainly use Squarespace as a Website Builder.

After designing each page we will send over a link for approval. At this stage, you will be able to make 2 sets of refinements per page so it's important to make sure you're totally happy with the wireframes in the previous step.

Now it is time to launch together your website. But not before we give you a 1:1 website training that will teach you how to manage and edit everything on your newly created website.

After our discovery call we will send you a draft of the contract. Upon approval of the contract we will start working on your brand identity or website design. The Design, Refinement and Delivery Phase typically take around 4 weeks to complete, so it‘s important that you reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can work within your timeline needs.

We know that brand design and webdesign can be an impactful investment in any business. That’s why upon completion of your client application, we will schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision, needs and budget. Due to the unique nature of each project, we estimate the cost of the project based on the specific goals and needs of your brand. We also offer custom services to suit your budget. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot in our calendar and to start working on your project. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the project is complete prior to the delivery of the final files.

In case you booked us for the “Branding Identity Package”, mostly nothing. Only be sure to be clear to yourself and think in advance what are your story, goals, and vision. Having a clear overview of these aspects is vital to the success of the end result of your branding.
In case you booked us for the “Webdesign Package” be sure to have your domain name already chosen/registered. Also having high-resolution imagery and web copy/content all set prior to starting the project with us, will ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
